Shipping Locations
At this time, Acordeon Hub ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using:
- USPS
- FedEx
The shipping carrier used for your order will be determined based on the package size, destination, and shipping method selected.
Tracking Information
Most orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please note that certain free-shipping promotional items may be shipped without tracking to help keep costs low.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been accepted by USPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Acordeon Hub is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim using your tracking number.
Acordeon Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package if it is returned to us.
Separate Shipments
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
If your order ships separately, you will receive tracking information (when applicable) for each shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will automatically receive the applicable free shipping option during checkout.
