At Acordeon Hub, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind the craftsmanship of everything we sell.
30-Day Limited Warranty
We provide a 30-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product at no additional cost
- Repair the product (when applicable); or
- Issue a refund or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, please email:
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- A short video demonstrating the defect, if requested
Additional information may be requested to help evaluate your claim.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Products that fail under normal, intended use within the warranty period
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's intended use
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper care
- Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, moisture, chemicals, or other environmental conditions beyond normal use
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products used for commercial, rental, or resale purposes Loss or theft of a product
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Replacement products do not extend or restart the original 30-day warranty period.
Acordeon Hub, LLC reserves the right to inspect any product before approving a warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Acordeon Hub, LLC's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the affected product or its replacement.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Some states do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so portions of this warranty may not apply to you.
