At Acordeon Hub, LLC, we strive to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
Orders with Tracking
If your selected shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number and, when available, a link to track your package's delivery status.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
Free Shipping Orders
Some orders that qualify for Free Shipping may be shipped using an economy service that does not include a tracking number.
If your order is shipped without tracking, you will still receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, but tracking updates will not be available.
Delivery Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Carrier Delays
Once your package has been accepted by USPS or FedEx, shipping updates and estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier. While we will gladly assist whenever possible, Acordeon Hub, LLC cannot guarantee carrier delivery times or control delays that occur after a package has been shipped.
